Mr. Tissue joined KLH in 1986 and served in the capacity of Surveyor, Designer, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager for water, wastewater and environmental assessment projects. Mr. Tissue became Vice President/Principal of KLH in July, 2002. As Project Manager and Principal, Mr. Tissue has been responsible for planning, design, financing and construction management for numerous projects ranging from under $10,000 to over $30 million.

As part owner of the firm, Eric believes the success of the firm is a function of the leader’s ability to get his or her employees to work as a team.  Projects, to Eric, can involve many employees with different functions and all must work together integrally to bring the project to fruition. He is married with two children and enjoys traveling, hiking, canoeing, bicycling, music and movies.
