John C. Mowry, P.E.

Mr. Mowry joined KLH Engineers in 1994 as a construction inspector, then worked his way through the company as a design engineer, project manager to become a partner in July of 2002.

Mr. Mowry specializes in design and operations of wastewater treatment facilities, new and renovated, and sewer collection systems with an emphasis on private lateral infiltration/inflow (I/I) removal.

Mr. Mowry also manages KLH’s municipal clients focusing on road programs, subdivisions, land developments, storm water management and parks and recreation.

Mr. Mowry believes all projects should embrace the Client’s vision and involvement.
